Safe-to-Spend Week is a simple weekly budget tool. It is built to keep your numbers on your own device.

What you enter

Your currency, week start day, income, bills, goals and spending entries. You type them in yourself.

Where it is stored

Only in your browser's local storage on the device you use. We do not have an account system, a database or a server that receives your budget. We cannot see your numbers and cannot recover them for you.

Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching browser or device will remove or hide your budget. There is no sync and no backup. Use the app's own controls to clear entries any time.

What we do not do

• No bank connection. The app never asks for bank logins or account numbers.
• No sign-up, no email or phone collection.
• No ads, no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts. Cloudflare Web Analytics loads a script for basic aggregate visitor counting, as described below.
• No selling or sharing of your budget data, because we do not receive it.

Basic visitor counting

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic aggregate visit, page-view and page-load performance counts. It does not use analytics cookies or read your saved plans. Room dimensions, budgets, bills, notes and other form entries stay in your browser and are not sent with analytics. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The web host still processes technical requests to deliver the app. Counts can miss visitors who block the beacon, and visits are not a count of identified people.

Hosting

The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address for delivery and security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Features that are not live

Plus items shown in the app (household, extra goals, export, more budgets) are previews only. They do not work yet, collect nothing and charge nothing. There are no payments in this app.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this changes, for example if accounts or sync are ever added, this page will be updated first and the date above changed.
